The GTA Technical Committee has ruled that if an existing CHC subscriber transfers its business from its existing company to a new or different company the Committee may exercise its discretion to waive the need for an audit before granting subscriber status.
This discretion will only be exercised provided that all of the business assets, processes and people of the original organisation are transferred to the new organisation, and that no new owners or directors are in place, such that the change amounts effectively to no more than a change of business name.
Any other changes may require a full audit.
